Review

Motorola KRZR was first released in July 2006. The new sizzling FIRE was announced on February 4, 2007, by Verizon. The product is just in time for the Valentine day! The only difference between FIRE and the previous KRZR is its color scheme. The keys are all silver and easy to navigate. Maroon exterior with chrome plating offers an excellent protection from scratches and fingerprints. The 256K color display is a treat to watch. The cell phone also has unbeatable voice quality.

KRZR Fire has a 2 mega pixel camera which gives reasonable results for 4x6 prints, not what we expected form a 2 MP camera. Images were sometimes little bit blur. There are also quality setting options that let you shoot at lower resolutions to share pictures through MMS or over internet. The camera also has 8x optical zoom and options for multishot, self-timer, white-balance and brightness. The mobile phone can record videos at 176x144 and 128x96 resolutions.

Pros and Cons

Motorola KRZR Fire lacks 3G support and FM radio. The cell phone has an excellent talk time, about 9 hours! In standby mode the battery can last for about 13 days. In short this cool looking blushing mobile phone can be a wonderful Valentine present!
